1. Choose Your Set Size: Select the quantity of flat cards you’d like in your set. Options include sets of 10 or 20.

2. Select Your Card Style: From the menu above, choose “Yes Personalized” to begin customizing your note cards.

3. Specify Quantity: Unless you wish to order multiple sets of the same design, leave the quantity at “1.” For orders requiring multiple sets for different recipients, simply enter the total number of sets needed and receint names.

Once these steps are complete, your personalized stationery will be ready for production. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Currently, we only ship within the United States, Canada via USPS & UPS. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking information is provided by the mail carrier. If you have questions about your package after it was shipped, we will do our best to help but we recommend contacting the mail carrier first.

Non-personalized items will be on their way to you within 1–7 business days.

Personalized Items
Custom creations take a little extra magic—please allow 10–14 business days for us to craft them just right. Once ready, they’ll be shipped out using your preferred method.

We’re excited to ship to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and our friends in Canada!

Return Policy
Because our notecards are so delicate, we’re unable to accept returns on them (both personalized and non-personalized). But if we made a mistake, don’t worry—we’re happy to make it right by offering a refund or sending you a corrected item!

Personalized items are final sale, so please double-check all details before placing your order. Michio Aluna can’t accept returns or issue refunds for customer errors, but if you need help or have any questions, we're always here to assist!
