NOTECARDS & ART PRINTS
Due to the delicate nature of our paper products, art prints and notecards
(both personalized and non-personalized) can’t be returned.
However, if we’ve made an error, we’re happy to fix it by offering
a refund or sending out a corrected item.
TOTE BAGS & APRONS
Changed your mind? Unused and unopened tote bags and aprons can be returned
within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping, and we can’t accept
returns for items that are used, opened, or marked as final sale.
A Few Quick Notes:
If your package gets returned to us due to an incorrect address,
we’ll refund your purchase minus shipping costs. So, take a moment to
double-check your shipping info before completing your order! Once an order
ships, cancellations aren’t possible. Refunds usually show
up on your credit card statement within 7–14 business days.

We take great care in packing your order, but we can’t be responsible for lost,
damaged, or stolen packages. If you’d like to start a return,
just reach out to us here — we’re happy to help!
